Your Moon Sign as a Portal to the Goddess – presented by Rev. Rayna Templebee
The position of the moon in your natal chart can have many meanings in astrology, but for Witches and Pagans, it can be a powerful window into the aspects of the Goddess that speak most directly to you, and through you. We will explore how our moon sign shapes our initial experience of the Goddess as children as well as how it provides a framework for our lifelong path of spiritual Work. We will also explore how the phase of the moon on our birthdate shapes our natural goddess power. An accurate time of birth will be very helpful for this workshop but is not absolutely necessary. No prior knowledge of astrology is required.
Rev. Rayna Templebee is a daughter of the Ocean Mother. A member of the Council of Wisewomen in the Mt. Shasta Goddess Temple, and a faery seer in Orion Foxwood’s House of Brigh, she has been an initiated Witch in the Georgian Tradition since 1983. Seven Sisters Spread for the Tarot – presented by Lady Bridget
The 7 Sisters Spread is a special tarot spread taught only by Lady Demeter to her students and initiates. By taking this workshop, you agree to never publish this material anywhere in any form, excepting only to teach this in person to your own students. Lay Bridget has been in the Craft community since her initiation into Welsh Celtic Wicca in 1991 by Lady Demeter. Since that time she has read tarot professionally as well as practiced many other forms of divination. She is the HPS of the Witch & Famous Coven which has been a member of CoG since 1996, and is a founding member of EMLC. She is also a beekeeper, fiber artist (cross stitch, crochet, knit, embroidery), singer and songwriter who loves to go camping and kayaking.
Create your own Moon Ornament – presented by Marla
Bring moon magic into your house using a clear ornament and a number of magical fillers. Each participant will create their individual protection ornament with the supplied ornament, herbs, charms, and other items within the class period.

Dice Divination – presented by Martha Kirby Capo and Opal Luna
Martha and Opal offer a fun, highly interactive divination experience using giant dice. The resulting interpretations use a combination of numerology, the Major Arcana, the elements, intuition, and the movements of the dice as they skitter across the playing field. We guarantee you’ve never done divination like this before!
Martha Kirby Capo has been a presenter at Florida Pagan Gathering, the Grove’s Pagan Pride Day, Turning the Tide, and Mystic South. She is the Membership Officer of Everglades Moon, the Local Council of Covenant of the Goddess, and is the author of “Thrifty Witchery”. A gifted intuitive tarot reader, she’s excited to present Dice Divination with co-creatrix Opal Luna.
Opal Luna, a Crone and Priestess of Minerva, is also a Fiber Magickian. She authored “Fiber Magick: A Witch’s Guide to Spellcasting with Crochet, Knotwork, and Weaving” Opal engages in Craftivism, using the art of gentle resistance to raise awareness and channel positive energy into civic issues. She is a board member of The Grove, SFL, a Pagan congregation in Southeast Florida, where she enjoys leading rites of passage, presenting various topics, and conducting rituals, including an annual one for hurricane season protection. Currently, she is writing her second book, “Fiber Magick in the Garden”, published by Crossed Crow Publishers.
Hekate as the Moon: Lunar Influences Within – presented by Oracle Hekataios
Hekate has been embraced as a witch’s Goddess in modern times. Although she may symbolize the moon, what exactly did this mean for magic users in the ancient world? How did people view the moon? What did philosophers have to say about lunar influences within?
Oracle Hekataios is author of “Strix Craft: Ancient Greek Magic for the Modern Witch.” A revised version is being released by Crossed Crow books in January 2025. He is a seer and priestx of Hekate and Dionysos, as well as a medium. Initiated into multiple traditions of the Craft, he runs groups throughout Brevard County and has a passion for both interfaith work and teaching on Witchcraft as a religion and philosophy.
Moon Cycles & Eclipses in Astrology – presented by Aequitas
All knowledge and experience levels are welcome! Join us to learn about the eight phases of the moon, your moon sign associations, and introduction to eclipse cycles. You can also volunteer your birth info for a live mini-reading! Participants can receive a copy of their Natal Astrology Chart and some essential guidance with interpretation. While astrology is a complex spiritual science, Joseph will ground you in its elemental roots to help uncover the sacred “As above, So below” wisdom cultivated through the centuries.
Joseph (Aequitas) is an astrology for nearly two decades and holds ministerial credentials with Covenant of the Goddess (CoG) through EMLC. Astrology is a complex spiritual science that can provide insights into our personality and events along our life journey. Joseph is trained as a modern astrologer who also incorporates ancient Hellenistic techniques (e.g. Zodiacal Releasing). Joseph teaches classes and also helps clients interpret their charts using consistent methodologies. The Moon in Tarot Readings – Making Friends with the Card of Fear – presented by Fhyre-Sulis
A deeper look into the card of The Moon in Tarot, using its symbolism to enhance creativity and intuition. We are concentrating specifically on the aspect of fear that’s usually associated with the moon and emphasizing the imagination and creativity aspect of it in a positive way. We will do mini readings as time permits using the moon to deliver messages that concentrate on the bright side of the meaning of the moon card.
Fhyre-Sulis has been studying and reading Tarot for 40 years, and teaching for the last 10. She has read for shops in the Miami area and taken part in various festivals and psychic fairs, including the Coral Castle monthly psychic fair 2000 through 2010.
The Moon through the Tarot – presented by Alpandia
While The Moon card does the heavy lunar lifting in our favorite tarot decks, where else does she pop up? This workshop will present a brief history about Pamela Colman Smith, the artist behind the famous Rider Wait Smith (RWS) tarot deck. Then, we’ll dive into the traditional RWS tarot deck, reviewing the cards that feature the Moon. We’ll be discussing how it appears, what phase it’s depicted in, and how this might lend itself towards the interpretation of the card. We’ll then expand, looking at other decks that attendees bring with them (Suggestion: Bring your favorite deck, and sort the moon-bearing cards out ahead of time – you might be surprised at how many times the Moon appears!).
Alpandia is a daughter of Neptune and Minerva, living and practicing her strega craft in South Florida. She is a Faery Seership elder apprentice, studying with Orion Foxwood in a co-creative way. Alpandia is currently the technical director for The Wild Hunt (https://www.wildhunt.org) and the Mystic South Conference (https://www.mystic-south.com), and serves currently as Publication Officer for Everglades Moon Local Council.
Using Huna Energy Work in Wiccan Magic – presented by Lord Riekin
Riekin will show how to blend the Huna system of energy work into Wiccan magic. This system uses breath and visualization and an understanding of a relationship between your three selves – younger self, conscious self, and higher self. It is appropriate for all levels of student.
Lord Riekin was dedicated to the Goddess in May 1974. Much to his shock he recently realized he’s been doing this for 50 years. While not a Huna practitioner, he incorporates many Huna techniques into his energy work. When not busy as a beekeeper, or gardener, he is HP of Witch & Famous Coven, and is owned by his dog, his bird, and yeah, his wife. In that order.
Walking the Path of a Dead Witch – presented by Moon
This workshop is going to focus on the path of a death witch with using the different phases of the moon, working with Santa Muerte. Also how the dark side of the moon affects this path.
Moon is a devote of Santa Muerte for many years. She has also been a practicing death witch for over 18 years. She comes from a multicultural background and was raised by her Native American grandmother. Her goal is to educate people about death and help to end the misinformation about death witches in media.
Crafting Magic Moon Masks – presented by Tanit
Craft your own moon magic mask to wear to the Lunatic Ball. Let’s talk about the magical uses of masks and then get crafty! Paper Mache masks, acrylic paint, and light reactive paint provided to create your own mask. Bring your own accents if you’d like to imbue your mask with your own magical influences and style.
Tanit is a Florida native and life-long crafter. She has dabbled in metal smithing & jewelry design, macrame, painting, and worked for over 20 years as a floral designer… more recently she has created and sold pagan-themed embroidered items under the Wicked Kitty Craft Co. brand. A Georgian-tradition Priestess and member of Covenant of the Goddess/EMLC, she is a lover of the Wild Ones and our Witchy community.
